Convenient buying process:

You do not need to log in as an identified user to make purchases; you can also make purchases as a guest. When you create a personal user account, you can get an additional discount, see your orders and invoices, and quickly receive information about special offers and campaigns.

You will find our product range in the header of the page. If you are looking for a specific brand or product, enter it in the search box and you will see results that match the search term.

All our product categories can be conveniently filtered. Clicking on a product category opens a small category page that also contains a filter menu. There you can conveniently narrow down your selection. This way you can search for products that suit your taste preference.

How to buy:

1) Find a suitable product

2) add the product to the cart and select the appropriate quantity

3) fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method

4) select the payment method and confirm the order

Select the bank or credit card through which you want to pay for the order. Perform all the procedures required, then we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail. Your order will be completed by the date you specify and will be hand over to the person you specify or to the selected transport company (courier)

NB! Minors (under the age of 18) cannot order alcoholic beverages and no goods will be dispensed to them.

How to order products from an online store in another EU country: distance purchasing

The SuperAlko Germany online store only offers customers the option of distance puchasing, we do not offer distance selling.

When ordering goods from another EU country, you must either pick up the goods yourself or order a courier service that will deliver the goods directly to you.

1) place an order in the online store

2) check the weight of the ordered goods in the shopping cart

3) select the store where you will pick up the goods or send them by courier

4) select the transport company delivering the goods (courier)

5) send the seller the information necessary for the delivery of the goods, which transport company (courier) and when (date) the goods will be picked up.

Order cancellation and return

The SuperAlko Germany e-shop (Radla GmbH) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the e-shop without sanctions and not to deliver the ordered goods or provide the service in the following cases:

 

if the buyer is under 18 (alcohol and tobacco products)

if the amount paid for the goods has not been received in Radla GmnH's bank account

if the mode of transport chosen by the customer cannot be applied to the ordered products

if the goods are out of stock.

 

In all cases, the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

 

If it is not possible to fill the order in the e-shop, the buyer will be contacted and the customer will be refunded the amount of the advance payment for the lost goods.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled by contacting us by e-mail: info@superalko.de before we have removed the goods from the warehouse. If the goods have already been sent out of the warehouse by courier, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Return of goods

NB! Under the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, the consumer's right of withdrawal and return does not extend to alcoholic beverages.

Defective or defective goods can be replaced on the basis of a purchase receipt or invoice.

The cost of return is borne by the SuperAlko Germany e-shop.
